CANCELLATION & REFUND OF THE BOOKING:
If the Client wants to cancel the tour, he must intimate the company in writing by postal mail, facsimile or by E-mail at its Registered Office on working days within office time.

|Clear 21 working days or more prior to the date of departure of the Tour or for non-payment of the balance.||Deposit Amounts|

|Clear 14 to 08 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour.||50% of Tour Cost|
|Less than clear 07 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour.||100% of Tour Cost.|
Refunds (if any) would be paid directly to the Client. It would take at least 15 days to process the refund (if due). For cases where an airline ticket is issued, it would take at least 30 days to process the refund (if due). In case of refund in foreign currency component, the said refund shall be made in Indian Rupees only at the prevailing buying rate on the date of refund as per existing Rules and regulations.
It is clearly understood that there shall be no refund whatsoever if the Client does not or cannot utilize any of the services like hotels, sightseeing, rides, cruises, meals, entrance fees, optional tours etc due to any reason whatsoever
